How It Works
Let’s say your company has a new hire it’d like to announce. With employees' Workmates profiles, which contain profile pictures, positions, locations, and a brief bio, an HR Manager can easily create a Company Announcement tailored to anyone.
This announcement then posts to the Workmates feed, informing employees of what’s new. The showcased employee receives an email that the announcement has been made. Each post made from the HR-side includes a Company Announcement banner and is automatically highlighted as a pinned post to ensure the announcement(s) reaches every workmate.
